After climbing the corporate ladder in the IT world, I found myself asking those same questions again—this time from the depths of burnout.
I realized I could keep living by someone else’s definition of success… or I could define it for myself.

After the burnout, I immersed myself in mindfulness and life coaching, in the science of happiness, and in the timeless Greek philosophy I grew up with. That burnout became my most honest teacher.
